Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or half-and-half, grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set the egg mixture aside.


  3. In an oven-safe skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.


  4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
